KAYLA RUF

Kayla is originally from Tennessee but moved to Virginia in 2023. She’s been a Registered Nurse for five years and a proud Western Kentucky University alumna. Kayla’s career is rooted in Labor and Delivery, supporting families through life’s most meaningful moments. Over the past two years, she’s expanded into wellness and aesthetic nursing to help clients look and feel their best.

When she’s not working, Kayla loves to read, craft or spend time outdoors with her two boys, soaking up family time. Caring for others — both in motherhood and nursing — is truly her passion.
